On the 22nd of April in the library another lesson of the circle “English through games” was held. The guys talked about “Modern clothes”.
Children improved their oral and reading skills, developed attention, memory, and verbal abilities. To increase the motivation for learning English, children were offered games “I’m wearing …”, “My clothes”.
The bookmark during reading is an indispensable thing, it is easy and convenient to use, and a self-made bookmark is so simple, it’s real art.
Shugyla Saylau at the art workshop “Free Style” showed the guys how to make a nice bookmark from colored paper. Using the technique of folding, from a small square of paper turned out a bookmark-smiley. The guys drew the eyes, and each bookmark became unique and cheerful.

The information hour “Maksat – zhetistikti zhelkeni” on explaining the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev “New opportunities of development in conditions of the fourth industrial revolution” was conducted for students of 3 “A” class of gymnasium №1.
With the help of the slide presentation “The Message is a New Way of Modernization”, in the popular and accessible form for children, the ten main tasks of the Message of the Head of the State to the people of Kazakhstan were announced on the 10th of January , 2018 in the annual appeal.
Children took an active part in the event.
In order to increase interest in reading, development of spiritual and moral potential of adolescents through reading fiction, the Educational and Methodological Center for the Development of Education in the Karaganda Regional announced a regional action “One Region – One Book” among pupils of general education schools and specialized boarding schools. On the 17th of April 17, 2018 in the secondary school 6, the library staff conducted a bibliographic lesson “Books with Different Alphabets” for the 8th grade pupils. On the 15th of April, at 11.00 o’clock, the regular session of the circle “English through games” was held in the library.
The guys talked about “My house – My house”. The lesson was held in a game form. Children improved their conversational skills, drew, described their homes in English, activated the use of new words on the topics “house”,”color”(red,blue) “quality” (big, small). During the lesson, colored pencils, thematic cards, colored paper and figurines were used.

On the 12th of April , the library hosted a literary and musical evening “Song is a good mood” dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of the famous Kazakh singer, actor and musician Amre Kashaubaev. It was attended by children who are being treated in the sanatorium “Baiterek”. Read More
